Volunteer for The District

Approximately 250 volunteers are utilized to assist in the success of our festivals and events.

Numerous volunteers are needed for our festivals and events to help staff the gates.  Gate volunteers are responsible for admission procedures during our festivals. Gate volunteer shifts are only 2.5 hours and provide great benefits like free commemorative event t-shirts, beverage tickets and event weekend passes.

Volunteers are also needed to work additional areas at our festivals and events. Some of these positions include: volunteer supervisors, set up and strike volunteers, Will Call, t-shirt and merchandise volunteers, and runners.  Additional opportunities may also be available.

We are also looking for non-profit organizations to volunteer as a group at the events. Duties range from selling beverages, being survey takers, and selling concessions. Group volunteering is a great way to service the community, meet new people and make lasting memories.
