Fright Night is the Halloween party just for kids. Fright Night features a children’s costume contest, treasure hunt, scary stories, make-and-take activities.
Fright Night is presented by the City of Rock Island Parks & Recreation, the Rock Island Public Library, RICAP and The District.
Free admission.
